Sarah’s passion is to support people of all ages lead healthy and happy lives individually and within their family units, school, work and society.

With a double Masters in the field of Social Work and Counseling Psychology her therapy style has grown from experience in mental health settings from in-patient psychiatry to community outpatient care and counseling with children, teens, adults and families. Her practice is informed by many years of specialized training and practice in the most effective, evidence-based treatments to date.Sarah’s belief is that anything that costs anyone their peace of mind is too expensive. Learning to let go of overthinking and focusing on the possibilities is part of the healing journey. It’s never too late to be happy and fully engaged in life. Whether you want to improve your coping skills, self-esteem, self-compassion, your relationships, or regain your sense of peace, you will always get her attention, respect, and honest assistance.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys volunteer work as a translator and interpreter for various agencies using her background in five languages. She also has a love of reading and caring for her many rescue cats.
