Hi there, my name is Brittany, and I obtained my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Degree from The University of Regina in 2014. I have worked in a variety of settings including; The Ministry of Justice, in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Counselling, Education, and in Mental Health Promotion. I am experienced working with children, youth, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds and feel honored to work with people as they seek awareness, healing and strength.
My approach is holistic with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy. I believe in meeting people where they are at and aim to help people live joyful, fulfilling lives despite the challenges they may have experienced.
