Everyone has a story, and different life experiences which make us all so unique and individual in our own ways. I am passionate about working with children and adolescents and empowering them to grow into their best versions of themselves. I enjoy helping people and guiding them to understand and utilize their own strengths. I find great honor in watching individuals enhance these strengths and move forward in positive personal growth.

I draw from many approaches to match my clients’ needs. These include solution-focused therapy, strength-based therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy and family systems therapy. I am extensively trained in mediation and conflict resolution.  I strive to incorporate which ever approach best suits a client’s needs.

I have practiced in the field of Social Work / Counselling since 2010. I have an undergraduate degree in Indigenous Social Work (BISW) from the University of Regina, as well I have extensive training and qualifications in mediation and conflict resolution through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute( ADR SK).  My work experience is widespread around and in the areas of justice, education, counselling, and conflict
