* (unless the counsellor feels shorter sessions would benefit your child and if this is decided the counsellor will reduce the rate)

* Please note that the parents of children aged 12 or younger attend the first session without the child, in order for the parent to meet with the counsellor to discuss concerns and for the counsellor to gain information about the child from the parent. We require parental consent forms to be completed for all children aged 15 and younger; In cases of shared custody, both parents are required to sign the parental consent. Forms can be emailed to the parents prior to first session, please inquire with chosen counsellor.
