Counselling is about empowering individuals, families, and couples. Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem, or problems in your relationships?

As a counsellor with a Social Work and Nursing background spanning over 30+ years, I believe in building strong relationships with my clients. This includes providing a warm, open, accepting, and inclusive therapeutic environment based on confidentiality and trust. Building a trusting relationship allows for change and growth that promotes healing.

I love working with individuals who want to feel better, and I use techniques that are evidence based and grounded in neuroscience and psychology. Whether you are suffering from mental health issues, trauma, abuse, anxiety or depression or you are struggling with everyday life, my approaches are safe and proven effective. Together we can explore what you are struggling with, and I can assist you with moving forward by understanding that you are an expert in your own life. We will start your therapeutic journey from where you are by examining your unique situation through thoughts, behaviour and reactions to situations and explore tools that can assist you with your personal growth. I will move with you through this journey in a safe, respectful, and confidential environment. Because it can be difficult to find a counsellor that fits.
