I am a registered clinical Social Worker with a back ground in Psychiatric Nursing. I also obtained my certificate in Choice Theory while working in community mental health. Currently one of my interests is in horticultural therapy. I believe our connection to the natural world brings restoration and peace into our lives. I utilize a strengths based, trauma informed, anti-oppressive approach to counselling. I believe we can all learn something new everyday. I have experience working within neurodiverse communities and with 2SLGBTQ+ persons. I value  authenticity in genuine interactions with others. My belief is we are all stronger than we think, and I know we all deserve support in our lives. Further, we can be thoughtful and considerate of ourselves and others and reserve judgement. Our collective strength is in our connection to one another.
