Hi, I’m Julie Cassidy, a Registered Social Worker. My passion is working with people and engaging in lifelong learning and growth. I have experience working with youth, adults, couples, groups, and seniors. My education includes a Bachelor of Sociology, Bachelor of Social Work, and am a Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner. I have training in crisis counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, solutions focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, grief, anger management, and more. I utilize a strength-based, trauma informed, compassionate inquiry approach.
Working alongside you in a Compassionate Inquiry we will explore the experiences, issues, core beliefs, and protective mechanisms in your life. I will walk alongside you as you experience personal growth and discover your authentic self. My focus is to attune with you and ensure you feel seen, heard and connected too within a safe, respectful space.
